Nancy’s favorite medium is oil. She has also dabbled in acrylic and watercolour. In her youth she was a little fashionista. She had to have the latest styles and they had to be unique so Nancy learned to sew on her mother’s old Singer machine. She became quite proficient at it and added new pieces to her wardrobe on a regular basis. Nancy no longer sews today and you’ll find her sporting jeans and T-shirts more often than not. Oil painting is much like sewing. It allows Nancy to explore colour, form and texture with each unique painting.
